Posting Policy

Version 1 · Last updated July 2026. This policy is part of our Terms. Every account accepts it electronically, and it applies to everything you post: predictions, takes, comments, counter-picks, voice pitches, chat, your bio, and group names. In short — predict public events, never money, always kind.

1. What Predictly is for

Predictly Social is a free game about calling what happens next in public life— sports, entertainment, pop culture, science, and everyday fun. Points only. It is not a betting service, not a news site, and not a place to talk about people's private lives.

2. Never allowed — posting these can end your account

  • Anything sexual involving minors. Zero tolerance, immediate permanent ban, and we report it where the law requires.
  • Money on predictions. No bets, wagers, stakes, entry fees, cash prizes, or payment details (UPI, wallets, bank info). No links to betting or real-money gaming sites. Turning Predictly picks into wagers — even jokingly, even in chat — is the fastest way to lose your account.
  • Sexual or adult content. Keep everything family-friendly.
  • Hate speech. Slurs or attacks on people for their religion, caste, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexuality, or disability.
  • Threats, violence, and gore. No threatening anyone, no celebrating or calling for violence, no graphic violent content. Predictions about anyone dying or being harmed are not allowed.
  • Self-harm content.Nothing that encourages self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders. If you're struggling, you're not alone — in India call AASRA at 98204 66726, or visit findahelpline.com anywhere in the world.
  • Personal information.Don't post phone numbers, emails, addresses, school names, or photos of people who haven't agreed — yours or anyone else's.
  • Scams and spam.No money-making schemes, crypto/forex "signals", recruitment links, phishing, repeated promos, or impersonating other people, brands, or Predictly staff.
  • Illegal activity. Nothing that promotes drugs, weapons, piracy, or breaking the law.

3. Predictions about people — the golden rule

Predict public events and public figures in their public roles("Will India win the series?", "Will this film cross ₹500 crore?"). Never post predictions about private individuals— classmates, friends, neighbours, exes — or about anyone's health, relationships, or death. "Will X and Y break up?" about people you know is bullying, not a prediction, and moderators treat it that way.

4. Off-limits topics (for now)

  • Politics and elections. No predictions or posts about elections, parties, politicians, or political conflict — including war and communal topics.
  • Stock markets, crypto, and finance. No market predictions or investment talk. Nothing on Predictly is ever financial advice.
  • Health misinformation. No miracle cures or medical claims presented as fact.

These are blanket rules so the game stays light and safe for a 13+ community. We may open some of these up later with proper guardrails.

5. Be a good sport

Trash talk is part of the fun — keep it about the pick, not the person. No harassment, bullying, pile-ons, or targeting someone across posts. Don't manipulate resolutions or leaderboards, and don't use bots or multiple accounts to game the system.

6. How we enforce this

  • Automatic filters check every post. Serious violations are blocked on the spot; borderline content may be held for review — a moderator looks at it before it goes public.
  • Reports. Every prediction, comment, and profile has a report button. Reports go to our Safety queue and are reviewed by humans.
  • Consequences scale with severity: content removed or held, warnings, muting, suspension, or permanent removal. The worst categories skip straight to a ban.
  • Appeals. If you think we got it wrong, open a ticket from Manage Your Account → Submit Service Tickets and a human will re-check.

7. Changes

When this policy changes materially we'll bump the version above and ask you to accept it again before you keep playing.
